Luxurious Chocolate Lounge

We were asked to design an event table around the theme "Chocolate" for Premiere Party Central's first ever design competition. Below is our entry, which we named "Luxurious Chocolate Lounge". Our inspiration was a cross between Masterpiece Theatre, old mansions, and the rich decadence of a delicious chocolate truffle. We wanted to have a subtle take on the theme, and be elegant without being kitschy or too obvious.

To do this, we hand-placed over 500 homemade chocolate truffles, bon-bons, and chocolate covered cherries on the table, and covered them with clear glass. We worked closely with Bella By Sara Floral and Event Design, ILD Lighting, Dragonfly Designs Invitations, and several talented photographers. We hope you enjoy the pics!

Trend Alert: Peekaboo Nails!

We are absolutely LOVING the new Peekaboo Nail manicures we are seeing around. SO FUN! Why haven't we ever thought of this before?

Peekaboo Manicures, or "Louboutin" Manicures as they are sometimes called, are nails with the under-side painted as well as the top, so there is a flash of color or pattern from the underside, much like a Christian Louboutin shoe. So sexy!

Check out these awesome examples we found from some other blogs online:

Style Icon of the Week: LADY GAGA

Lady Gaga....what can we possibly say that hasn't already been said? She's fun, FIERCE, and fearless, and that's why we love her! Her effort and dedication to what fashion and style represent are clear with her vision every time we catch a glimpse of Gagaloo herself on a red carpet. She always leaves us wanting more!

Patriotic Wedding

Nothing says America like the good old red, white, and blue. And you can TOTALLY have them be your wedding colors, too! Who says they can't be tailored and elegant? And P.S....can you think of a better celebration than a wedding, AND the birth of this great nation? We think not!
